Located on the west side of South Park, the house is on an awesome block of tight neighbors, so it feels very connected and safe. Dog park is just 3 blocks away, and the two commercial districts of South Park are within a 5-8 minute walk. The 5, 163 and 94 freeways are all far enough away to keep it quiet, and close enough to make commutes easy, with quick connections to the 805 and 15. No smoking on the premises. Minimum two month lease.
