The Lakeshore Apartments are located on Jefferson off of Martin Road. They are around a half mile north of 11 Mile and across the street from the VFW. It is a quiet community and most of the residents have lived there for 5+ years. We are consistently updating the property for our residents inside and out. We are pet friendly! Most utilities are included for the 1-2 bedroom apartments, and all utilities are included for the studio apartments (excluding cable/wifi)! We do require that you make at least three times the monthly rent in order to be approved. We do run credit and background checks for all new applicants. First lease must be a one year lease. After the year lease you are able to sign for another year, or on a month to month basis.
