We will pay all utilities. The backyard has a beautiful spa with waterfall feature, a propane firepit with chairs around it, gazebo with table and chairs. The views in back are spectacular. This is a short term rental only (4 to 6 months). Utilities and house cleaning are included as long as they fall into certain parameters (similar to our current utility bills - open to discussion). We are retired travelers and will be in and out of town and coming back to our beautiful home full time in the fall.
