Newly remodeled home. We intended to live here much longer so we remodeled it as we planned to stay a while, but are relocating to a different home. The home has air conditioning (super efficient heat pump so utilities costs stay low), tankless water heater (infinite hot water), all new appliances (basically a chef's kitchen with an induction stovetop, downdraft hood, and wall ovens), new windows, new front door, new roof (w/ skylights added for lots of natural light), and previously remodeled bathrooms (tiled showers, quartz countertops, etc.). The property also has a complete security system through Ring that we can add you as a user to (if anyone comes even close to the house, you'll get an alert as the cameras surround each corner of the property, and you can also arm/disarm the home). It sits on 0.3 acres, so you have a fully-fenced yard for any pets and plenty of driveway space for all your vehicles in addition to a 2-car garage. Renter is responsible for all utilities: internet, trash, water, gas, and electric. Renter is also responsible for basic maintenance of landscaping (mowing the yard). First and last month's rent due at signing. No smoking allowed. Dogs are allowed, subject to $50/per pet per month and completely refundable $500 pet damage deposit. Home is available for tours with an approved application, but we're still finalizing some drywall and trim repairs. Please message us for the link to the application/don't apply through Zillow. We use Avail for applications, leases, and rent payments. We are using pretty standard metrics to consider someone approved: Must meet 3x income-to-rent, stable employment history, clean eviction history, clean criminal history (willing to review history on a case-by-case basis if there's some low-severity offenses), clean background check, clean credit check, etc. Eventually we'll need some references too, but not required to tour.
