All homes are smoke free. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Everyone living in home 18+ Years of age must fill out application and be on lease. Poor credit score or no credit score is not a deal breaker. Recent past evictions is a deal breaker. Looking for sufficient income. Last month rent and security is due at signing lease. We prefer a two year lease. Ask about how we can help with security deposit.
