This walkout basement apartment is located 35 minutes from Spanish Fork in Milburn (Fairview), UT and 30 minutes from Snow College. It's peaceful and quiet and the mountain views are stunning! The home is two years old and has only had one young couple live there. There are two bedrooms, one bathroom, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a large kitchen and a large family room with a 55" TV mounted on the wall. Outdoor parking along side the house. There is some storage. The utilities are included (except for TV/movie apps), in exchange for doing a few jobs around the property/house for us. My husband is in a wheelchair and we need a little extra help once in a while. No pets, No smoking, and a commitment to keeping the place clean. Owner pays for all utilities. A large screen smart TV is provided but you will access your own Apps. We will need help around the property once in a while. We expect the place to be cleaned regularly and thoroughly cleaned when you leave. Would like a minimum of 1 year lease. No pets, smoking or vaping.
