The other two are occupied by two working professional women in their late-20s/early-30s. They are both very kind and friendly, and like a neat and clean living environment. (I am the non-resident landlord writing the ad.) The house is in a quiet neighborhood off Tennyson Road, just an 10 minute walk to the South Hayward Bart station (which is then only 35 minutes into San Francisco) and a 5 minute drive to the 880 freeway.
