Whether you're here for a seasonal stay or month-to-month living, Turtle Rock offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience just steps from the beach. Lease Terms: Month-to-month rental available. A minimum 90-day lease is required only to qualify for the seasonal promotion. All utilities (electricity, water, sewer, and WiFi) are included in rent. Dogs are welcome (maximum 2, no size limit) with a one-time $350 pet fee per animal. No smoking permitted inside cottages. Linens and towels are provided, with light cleaning and fresh linens/towels every two weeks.
