Nice beautiful 2 bed 1 bath apartment for rent. Close to the high way but not too close. 30 min walk to the Metra and about a 10 min walk to the Yellowstone river. Quiet area not a lot of traffic by any means. The apartment is located above a shop but you cant hear the noise. Maintenace is also on site and so is the property manager. There is a $30.00 non refundable application fee for each adult that would like to become a potential renter. Water, sewar, garbage, and snow removal are also include in the rent. we have 3 options: Month to Month, 6 month and year leases avaliable
