1.5 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The second bedroom is small. We used it for storage space but previous owners found it to be fine for a child's room. Beautiful and unique home with hardwood floors, homey feel, and lots of natural light. We love this place which is why we are renting instead of selling. There is a yard with a pond and garden space. We aren't gardeners so we didn't keep up with it but you would be able to if you wanted. There is a dry cabin on the property that is rented out.
