This is priced for a singled person only in the master bedroom with your own private bath in a four bedroom singled family home on top of a hill near Capitol flea market. You will be sharing the house with the owner and two other singled roommate with full-time jobs. Monthly utilities will be split by four. Sorry but no pets or drug users are allowed.
