This property never had a separate TMS. At the last second during closing, it sold as two mls listings. I said, since it’s not actually two properties, shouldn’t we purchase it as one? I was completely alone & dealing w a hostile group of realtors and closers, who insisted the division was better (it was a high pressure environment w the goal of closing being singular) I hope to get this sorted. It makes no sense. And it devalues the property as a whole. 2856 is one property with a 2bd 1bth home on 1.56 acres, including all the land in this listing. Legally.
