This home is located in the Scarlett Oaks neighborhood in walking distance of Walgreens, Dollar General, the new Publix at Northpoint Village, and more retail/office centers being built on Alta and Yellow Bluff Road. River City Shopping Center, restaurants, and the Airport are less than 15 minutes away. The lease is for a 1-year duration, if the tenant intends to renew the lease they must inform the owner at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the lease. The owner reserves the right to not allow renewal and will advise the tenant at least 60 days prior to the lease expiration.
