The house has been lovingly restored, updated, and furnished with comfort in mind. The gourmet kitchen is complete with a Blue Star gas range and a Miele dishwasher to enjoy. There is a breakfast nook in the kitchen in addition to the full dining room off the parlor. The ground floor also has an office area, a study with a hide-a-bed and a jack-n-jill bathroom with a clawfoot tub. Pioneer House has 3 bedrooms - all upstairs - one with a queen bed, one with a full bed and one with two twin beds. There is both a full bath and a 3/4 bath upstairs. Lovely grounds include a firepit and well cared-for landscaping with lots of color and variety. Owner pays for base water, wifi, trash/recycling, yardwork and once per month house cleaning. Tenant pays for electricity and propane based on use.
