I am renting out half of the house. It has everything you need. A separate entrance, a kitchen and a shower with a toilet. In part of the house there are two separate rooms and a room with a fireplace for relaxation. Beds, a sofa, a table, kitchen utensils, everything is there for a comfortable stay. No pets, no smoking indoors. No loud parties. Preferably a calm person with a stable job.
