The Unit is furnished in a lovely costal decor, has SS appliances in the Kitchen, a stacked Washer and Dryer, a King bed in the Guest room with a Queen and twin bunk beds in the Master. The Porch has comfortable chairs and a bar height table for great views of the water and the Sunset. The new A/C unit blows ice cold air and the perfect amount of heat. The Unit is located within walking distance of the Flora-Bama beach bar, the Ole River Grill and the Yacht Club, or take a short drive or Uber to your favorite Orange Beach or Perdido Key venues for a multitude of dining and entertainment options. -Minimum 30-day rentals are available, with payment due at time of booking. -Long-term leases have preference and 1st months' rent and security/pet deposits are due prior to opponency. -Unit is available immediately. -This is a NO SMOKING unit. Short term rentals are for a minimum of 30 days with a mandatory cleaning fee upon move in date. Long term rentals are 6 months or more and the cleaning fee is based on the conditions of the rental upon departure and will be deducted from the deposit. - Routine maintenance issues are reported to the rental agency for a work order (A/C not working, appliances not working, etc). AC filters are required to be changed every 30 days. -There is an onsite property manager who can provide emergence assistance as necessary (water leak, fire, etc) -Small pets are allowed, Pet deposit required per pet.
