I'm 38, low drama, 420 compatible, have a 13 year old hound lady named abbygail and work from home as an accounting manager. House is cozy and clean, Wickham park is a five minute walk away. EFSC is seven minute drive, the beach is ten. I don't party anymore but I have a few knucklehead friends over a few times a month, and you can have people over too, just be cool and not too crazy or loud after 2am. No cigarette smoking inside . Only renting to one person. My dog is old and doesn't play well with others so pets are relegated to fish and snakes unfortunately. I'm sorry cuz I love animals.
