The large living area has tall windows and lots of beach views. The bunkroom is great for the kids or extra guests. The master has a private bath and a king bed. Easy care flooring is great for beach life. Leasing fully furnished, no bills paid. $2400 deposit due at lease signing. Pets allowed on approved basis. $300 pet fee per pet. Renters insurance required. No smoking. Yearly septic maintenance contract will be paid by owner along with any equipment malfunctions due to normal wear. Renter will be responsible for any septic issues that arise due to abuse of the system. Examples include: stoppages from sand in the drain, flushing anything other than toilet paper, large articles of food being pushed down the drain (there's no garbage disposal), etc. We have never had any of these issues, but want to be upfront that the property has a septic system, and greater care needs to be taken on what goes down the drain. :)
