This trailer has been remodeled in its entirety, from the frame on up. The idea was to take a dilapidated trailer and turn it into affordable housing. So we gutted the trailer right down to the frame, redesigned a new, spacious floor plan, and constructed a brand new space that included new plumbing lines, new water lines, new gas lines and new electrical wiring and outlets. We used 2X3 lumber on all wall construction, to include R13 insulation and 1/2 " drywall. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets were redesigned and replaced. There is a walk-in shower, a line-new stackable washer/dryer, and like-new kitchen appliances. Hot water is on demand. The roof was repaired, and a roofing tar/ fiberglass/elastomeric roof was installed. All in all, the unit is very comfortable, clean, and affordable. A perfect space for someone trying to down size. Or for someone simply trying to break into the Patagonia Housing Market.
