Stable and good neighbors around us. Street is quiet - you can hear a pin drop at night. There are some rentals on the north end. Older homes with better size lots and bedrooms. We have 1/4 acre. It's close enough to walk to anything you want-Safeway, pizza, banks, etc.etc. All three levels of school are within walking distance - good schools.
