The family room is accessed from the carport and is a major bonus for an office, teenagers, entertainment room or whatever. It's big (390 sq ft), got a fireplace, a jenn aire cooktop/range and lots of glass. the 1/2 bath is located in the laundry room off the carport. If your clients like a hollow tile home, don't pass this one up. Roof replaced with metal about 15 years ago and is in great shape.
