No indoor pets allowed. Renter is responsible for keeping all the yards mowed and kept clean from any debris. Nothing that belongs on the inside of the trailer is allowed on the outside of the trailer such as washers, dryers couches, etc.. you have to be respectful for the neighbors no loud noises. Renter is responsible for gas bill, power bill, water bill, etc.. power bill and water bill must be in renters's name before moving in. landlord is not responsible for any accidents that happened on the property. Rent is always due on the first day of the month. After the first, it's $10 a day late fee.
