The original cabin we believe was built somewhere around the 1950s and a more modern addition added we believe in the 70s. The roof was replaced in 2020 along with some weather worn exterior trim. The cabin features a stunning custom built granite fireplace and a screened in front porch overlooking the lake. There are two large garages and a small additional lot for camping or boat/trailer storage. There is no well currently and water is pumped up from the lake. However, the neighboring lot recently did drill for a well and reached the water table. The dock and the pontoon DO NOT come with the property.
