This is a private 12 x 12 room, part of a 2-bedroom unit. You will share Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Front and Rear (Laundry room) Foyers, a deck, back yard, and driveway parking. The rooms are more or less already furnished, but I am open to incorporating your stuff...particularly if it is better than my stuff! There is also a basement which is available for limited storage. There is a second bathroom, nominally for guests, but since guests are rare events...this will devolve to be your private bathroom. The room is rented on an at-will basis. You can come and go as you want...but a 30-day notice is required. This is a non-smoking property. All utility costs (heat, hot water, electricity, water and sewer, and internet) are included in the rent. In addition, there is a light housekeeping service on site.
