Ocean Beach is a family beach community and is 5 miles south of Point Pleasant Beach/Bay Head. The cottage is about 7 cottages to the beach. The cottage has an open floor layout with cathedral's ceilings. The kitchen and bathroom of the cottage are newly renovated with SS appliances, including a dishwasher OTR microwave/convection oven. There are two small bedrooms; one bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds. The cottage has a small bathroom with a shower only. The cottage has tile floors and the wains coating on the walls. There is also washer and dryer. The cottage has a patio with deck furniture and a webber gas grill The cottage has a high efficient heating and A/C system. The cottage has high speed Internet. There is parking for two cars in the driveway. Toms River Rental Registration Number: RR-18-158 This is not an annual lease. This is an off seasonal rental. This is a 17 week off-season/Fall Lease (about 4 months) from Sunday, September 28, 2025 (check in at 4:00pm) to Sunday, January 25, 2025 for $6,000 (about $350 per week). Utilities are included in the rent. We charge a cleaning fee of $225. We also run credit reports and charge a $40 non-refundable fee. We will consider renting the cottage for a shorter period for an increase in the weekly rental charge.
