    (718) 288-6337 - One of my favorite apartments is back on the market. Although not technically a loft, this oversized two bedroom has the feel of one with it's open layout, high ceilings and many(12) windows. Situated on the corner of Graham Ave and Cook St it is just a few blocks from the Flushing J and M trains and about a ten minute walk to the Morgan L train and Flushing G train as well as several busses. The first person I showed this apartment to last time took it on the spot and stayed there for 4 years so I know it'll go quickly this time. Please be ready to apply at your showing.
