Needs some TLC and minor repairs!!!!!!! but its worth it. The view from the pourch is the most amazing part (: You can star gaze right from your living room. The windows are huge. It feels like a lake lodge. The fishing is the best. Its an open living boho feeling. It is in the middle of the forest near the second largest lake in Texas and is only a 5 minute walk from the boat launch and doc. The community has 3+ ponds for fishing and community access. It is a very quite community and lots of deer to feed. You'll see the coons occasionally and of course field mice too. The home was a rental during covid. It needs minor cosmetic work such as fresh coats of paint, new carpet, a couple new stair case steps, some new boards on entry of porch, a new backyard gate only, fence is good, a new bedroom door, 2 new toilets, the pipes backed up from snow storm so may just need to snake it, I suggest a update on the kitchen counter, it's small and holds water on the surface. The kitchen has an island so you can walk around. Needs new fridge, new stove, and possiblecAC unit, may just need minor repair. It turns on but don't stay cool after 3 days.
