Normandy is ideal for a QUIET, relaxing stay at the Jersey Shore. Homes are mostly owner-occupied with very nice neighbors. Low traffic lane and uncrowded beach. * ANY RESOURCES NEARBY? Excellent local restaurants, deli/grocery, specialty shops, services, and Wawa within walking distance. More in nearby Lavallette, Brick, Bay Head, and Point Pleasant. Once you arrive, you won't need your car much until you head to the boardwalks or leave to return home. * WHAT ELSE IS NEARBY? The Boardwalks, kayak and bicycle rentals, Island Beach State Park, Cattus Island County Park, other attractions, services, facilities, and activities all within a very short drive. Daily badges may be purchased with the lifeguards on the beach. * House is regularly checked between rentals. * Sorry, no pets - no exceptions. * No smoking inside the house. * Renters are responsible for placing trash curbside (trash Mondays and Thursdays, recycling Fridays). Township Robo-cans provided. * Renters must return property in "as-found or better" condition. Owner does not provide cleaning service but can refer services if requested. Rented weekly, Saturday to Saturday. $3100 per week.
