The home owners live on the first two floors of the home, and the loft is accessed via a shared central staircase. What's nearby? You're a 10-minute walk to downtown Cabot Street with cafes, art galleries, churches, great restaurants, and the historic Cabot Theater. Or walk east and you'll arrive at sandy Dane Street Beach, with gorgeous water views & a large grass park. Or make a stop at Beverly Commons for evening outdoor concerts in the summer. Several grocery stores are nearby (Whole Foods, Stop & Shop, Shaw's). Or head to beautiful, historic Beverly Cemetery for a quiet stroll or run among old growth trees and colonial-era headstones. Lots of history abounds! Owner pays for all utilities and wifi. No smoking or vaping. Quiet hours 10 pm - 7 am. Tenant will follow COVID protocols in common areas as determined by owners. No fireworks of firearms on premises. Tenant will assist with shoveling snow.
