2 private female rooms in a cute townhome in Orem. This is a 3 level townhome with lots of room, and at a great location. We are right next to target, and super close to UVU. Me and another super great roommate live here right now, and we are looking for 2 awesome girls to come live with us. We are a lot of fun and really easy going. There is no contract. The monthly rent is $350 (for each room), but will be discounted to $250 for November and December. The utilities are always $40. There is one bathroom for the 2 available rooms. We have washer/dryer, cable, and high speed internet. The ward is super fantastic, and there is always something fun going on.I have included some pictures of the place. Sorry if they are blurry.
