The condo features multiple exposures and includes a private balcony with outstanding Williamsburg Bridge views. The Bedroom sits toward the front of the building with the half room (partially enclosed) sitting toward the back, making it ideal for an at-home office, workspace, or nursery. The finishes include modern touches, a large kitchen with expansive island, stainless appliances including a dishwasher, and of course an in-unit Washer/Dryer. The buildings elevator will take you up to your unit and to a communal rooftop terrace with excellent views. This home may be the perfect fit for a couple with child, or couple/individual looking for a home with extra space for an office or guest bed. THE LOCATION: Standing on South 3rd Street near the corner of Berry Street this residency is steps from some of Williamsburgs most notable restaurants, bars, and unique shops. To name a few wed love to point out one of the neighborhoods latest additions, Cow New American Food served in a large Industrial Space, Traif; one of the neighborhoods top tapas/soul food restaurants, MIUSA Wine Bar, and Pies & Thighs which needs no introduction.
