We spent three years designing and building (ourselves) this cozy modern and light filled eco studio to meet the needs of the most discerning guest. Settle in with luxurious accommodations. Organic and down-topped king mattress, linen bedding, spacious marble rain shower, deep water soaking tub, heated slate floors, projector screen, tv, are just a few amenities that will provide a very comfortable stay. The studio is on the THIRD floor with three large dormers, exposed collar ties and oversized windows throughout that create a very bright and spacious feel to the open floor plan. The furnishings are comfortable and minimal. Project your favorite movie on the large blackout blind while you lounge or pull dinner together. The king bed is the heart of the space - open to the living room and kitchenette but nestled within a custom built in pine headboard with niches and dimmable side lamps. The organic mattress is made in the u.s. and of only natural materials - wool and cotton with a lux down topper and finished with 100% European flax OEKO-TEX linens and down-filled pillows of varied thicknesses for a truly restorative and breathable sleep. The kitchenette and custom built in dining nook is adjacent to the bed and feels open yet also tucked away. It is fully stocked with a convection oven/toaster, two-drawer mini fridge, sink, Keurig, electric kettle, glasses, mugs, plates, bowls and silverware. There is extra space in the large bottom drawer for your pantry groceries and with a two-drawer mini fridge there is tons of room for drinks and chilled groceries.
