Three of the four bedrooms have king beds while the fourth bedroom has four single beds arranged in a two-bunkbed configuration. Each of the four bedrooms have an en suite bathroom and a large ten foot closet designed for ample hanger and drawer storage. The open central area is comprised of a kitchen, dining room and great room with vaulted ceilings and a glorious view of the Gulf. There is wheelchair access to all areas of Crystal Sands and one master bedroom is equipped for handicapped access. The wide-screen TV has free access to Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. WiFi, Internet an a landline provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and includes everything you might want for cooking and eating. Quality bed, bath and beach linens are provided. You can launder your clothes in your private washer and dryer located just off the kitchen. Your floor can be reached by protected stairs or the elevator. The elevator will accommodate a wheelchair. The under-house parking is protected from wind, sand and weather. The entrance to Crystal Sands is gated and the area enclosed with chain link fencing for you and your family's protection. A new lighted grilling area contains a propane grill and lots of seating. The private 18 x 36 pool and Jacuzzi are heated with solar panels and a heat pump. Year-round swimming is accomplished by enclosing the pool with poly panels for warmth during the winter then screened during the summer to allow for cooling breezes.
