Bedrooms contain large closets with hanging and shelving/basket areas eliminating the need for floor-hogging dressers. The kitchen is fully equipped stainless steel appliances and includes everything you might want for cooking and eating. (Diagram attached) Bed, bath and beach linens provided. You can launder your clothes in our newly installed washer and dryer just off your kitchen. Just outside your entry door is an extra closet for your personal use. And, don?t forget, your floor can be reached by steps or the elevator which is large enough for handicapped use and getting your luggage/groceries to your front door. Outside: Incredible 180 degree Gulf views. Watch the sunrises and sunsets from your 50? balcony which spans the entire front of the house. The balcony can be reached from the central great room and two of the Master bedrooms. Relax in one of our Adirondack deck chairs skillfully crafted reclaimed logs pulled from the Apalachicola River just 14 miles away. Our 200 foot extra-wide boardwalk takes you very close to the hard sand of the beach where colorful lounge chairs await. A grilling area containing two propane grills and seating is close to the house on the pool deck. Polycarbonate panels enclose the pool area during the cooler months and the pool water is heated to 84 degrees when needed by solar panels and a pool heat pump. During the warmer months, the panels are removed exposing the no-see-um screening. Gulf breezes supply comforting temps for lounging in the heat around the pool in the bug-free area. The 18 x 36 pool includes a hot tub, a sauna, an attached lanai, a bathroom and a large picnic table for bug-free dining. The main area outside of the house includes the large driveway where additional parking can be found. This area is enclosed and gated for your security. The house entry doors have keyless locks and deadbolts (to be installed this year) which can be programmed with any code you request. The landscaping is maintained by Crystal Sands employees.
