Remember to look at the unit! This location with its view is mesmerizing. With a backdrop of hundreds of fully matured forest preserve acres you may just forget. What a mistake that would be. I myself fell into the same trap then wondered if I was in the right home. Surely this couldn't be a unit built in 1992. This looks like its brand new! Yes just finished, tour this perfectly redone 1st floor home with 2 bedrooms, new floor coverings, all the appliances, attached garage, and a very affordable monthly association fee. Enjoy the view! Miles of walking, biking and jogging trails. Best B-Quick! Come see for yourself.
