Kitchen & Dining Room: Dining table & 6 chairs, standard fridge with freezer, large upright freezer, mini-fridge, oven with glass-top range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, full set of hybrid pots & pans, large air fryer, slow cooker, Blendtec blender, cooking utensils, waffle iron, electric kettle, spices & cooking oils, etc. Master Bedroom: Queen bed with an electrical adjustable foundation, large dresser with a 55" 4k TV, nightstand, adjustable desk and 2 computer monitors, laundry hamper. Secondary Bedroom: Full bed, 2 small nightstands, large chest of drawers, desk with 1 ultra-wide computer monitor, laundry hamper. Bathroom: Electrical bidet seat, rain shower head, tall storage cabinet. Laundry Room: Washer, dryer, 2 large storage shelves Storage Closet: Vacuum, cleaning chemicals, broom, mop, assorted tools, starter pack of detergents, toilet paper, etc. Lease Duration: 6 months to up to a year.
