Looking for someone to take over my lease in Frisco in a super spacious 3bd house. Huge unfurnished room with detached shared bathroom. Five minute walk to Main Street. The house is split level with two roommates. Room features a large closet, a big window, onsite laundry, TONS of storage space for all of your outdoor gear, open kitchen, 2 gas fireplaces, and a garage spot. There is also a half bath so no one is ever without a toilet! Ideal start date would be around apr 10, is flexible mid apr-may 1 but can do sooner. We would prorate it based on your start date. You would pay me the 1267 security deposit after going thru the property managements application process (its about $45). Roommates are in their 40s. Most of the furniture is mine so it is very unfurnished. Lease is thru July 31 with option to renew. Sorry for the mess, actively packing. Let me know if you have any Qs.
