You will have sole access to this super cute studio in a fabulous location. A short, easy 10 minute walk to Claremont village and all its great restaurants/coffee shops/boutique shops. Great walking/jogging/biking options for your days off too! The studio comes furnished with utilities included and dog-friendly (sorry no cats). The kitchen has a full oven, stove, fridge and microwave. The bathroom has a large stand-up shower. The studio is located on the same property as my house, we share the back yard and driveway but you have separate entranceway/access therefore lots of privacy. I am a college professor at Cal Poly Pomona and live on the property. Outside of work, I love to travel, hike, bike, ski, swim, enjoy a glass of wine by the fire pit, cook, relax and generally chill out. 30 days minimum.
