There are several condo and luxury housing construction going on right now as the area is in midst of a property boom above Fairmount and in the immediate area. We have a grocery store at the corner (5min walk) and a Café called I-munch across the street (5min walk) The rent would be (for Room 1 and 2) 567.00 per month. Room 3-Blue room which is 1/4th smaller than the others the rent would be 467.00 Utilities are split 3 ways, Which would run you no more than 70.00 per month. You would have a choice of the private bath IN your room or you can opt for the shared bathroom-which means you get garage parking w/bedroom instead. Hardwood floors, new appliances/ice maker/dishwasher/LAUNDRY. This is a 3 bed 4 story home a very chill and relaxed atmosphere. There is a private Balcony attached to the living room. I would consider myself very flexible and fair. I am easy to talk to and entertaining to be around. I know the area well since being here a year, and would take you on a tour of the area. This is a stress-less home, quite chill and personal privacy is respected. Studying on the balcony is great! Move in costs would be 1st, last and security (which is negotiable). Monthly rental rate is non-negotiable. The entire area is Dog friendly- There are several dog parks and locations for pet socialization and activity. There is also grocery, pharmacy, cafes, beer shops, breweries ecetera in walking distance. Pets are on a case by case basis (have to run it by the landlord and has to be house broken for sure!)
