Beautiful, quiet serene gem in family-friendly neighborhood We are moving across the country because of a new job and need someone to take over our 15 month lease. It is about $3910/ month for a 1190 sq ft 2 br/2 ba apartment. The neighbors are quiet and it is literally right across the street from the beautiful family friendly Central Park in Santa Clara. Pets are allowed. The staff are friendly and there are awesome amenities now safely open such as 2 large pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 gyms, indoor and outdoor spaces, barbecue grills, and more! Our floor plan is rare and unique to this apartment complex. It has a great, secluded view with lots of greenery. The photos are the same floor plan but in a different location. Honestly we'd be staying here for another year or more if it wasn't for an unexpected job opportunity across the country. We're sad to be leaving it, but would love to make the transition as smooth as possible for you.
