H/W Floors throughout and carpet in the bedrooms w/ free W/D. I am a working professional in the city and am pretty mild mannered, and social, 420 friendly pref. Looking for someone who can keep the common area clean and is cool. I have a cat but no other pets are allowed (landlord not me). Available for immediate move in.
