After some more remodeling, it is possible there will be a garage or part of a garage. If storage is needed right away, I can likely accommodate with the garage as long as you are willing to move things as I am working on it. The basement unit is occupied by a very nice gentleman. Basement is currently rented by the room. Washer and dryer will be available 2 set days of the week during certain time periods (TBD). They are located in the basement. If anything is needed outside of that scope, there is also a laundromat 0.6 miles away. Revisions may be made in the future on this, but for the time being, this is how it will work. Third bedroom not yet shown. Schedule a meet: Starting with a 7 month lease (can't do custom on this site), then continuing to year long leases after if we both wish to renew. There is a driveway that you can park in. It will fit a 2-3 cars (3 is iffy). There is also some street parking if you prefer. Respect the basement tenants and be very mindful you are above them.
