The city water reservoir (with walking track) , Mary T swim club, Crescent Hill Library, and many shops and restaurants along Frankfort Ave., all within a short walk. (Blue Dog Bakery is a 3 minute walk.) The townhome is spotless. Attached garage, washer and dryer in unit and partially finished basement. Lots of storage. I am an individual (not a large Company) so there is always some flexibility in the lease. Besides the rent, the tenant will also pay their own utilities.
