Along with the 2 car attached garage there is a 24' x 36' shop located on the back half of the property added in '05.. There is a 6ft cedar fence around the property with a 10' gate in the back to allow access in and out of the shop on Berger. Shop has cement flooring, insulated, sheet rocked, has been wired for 220. Also has a compressor room with a loft for storage. 2 overhead doors and a man cave. Also in '05 the particle board cheap kitchen cabinets where replaced, new counter tops, new sink, new tile floor.
