This neighborhood is a great family area. It is a mix of young and old, with retired people who have lived in their homes since they were built to young families with children. It is private and quiet, with only one road in and out of the neighborhood. Homes were built from the mid 60's into the 70's and are well-maintained. People are friendly and courteous and we are close to shopping, schools, churches and recreation areas, with easy access to other parts of the metropolitan area.
