About the room: This is a spacious bedroom with a huge walk-in closet. The room easily fits a queen-size bed, two dressers, a bookshelf, and a desk with plenty of room leftover. It has plenty of natural light with two windows. About the apartment: This large apartment is two stories with tons of natural light. It has two decks and all modern appliances, including a brand new dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer. There is a full bathroom on each floor. Since the bedroom for rent is on the main floor, you get your own shower but technically it is a communal bathroom. The other two bedrooms are on the top floor of the building with their own bathroom to share. No pets allowed. About the roommates: Your roommates would be two males both in their early 30's. We are both employed but often work from home. We are friendly and enjoy watching movies and spending time outdoors. We both put time and effort into keeping the house clean and respect each other's personal belongings and privacy. About you: Gender is not a deciding factor. Looking for someone who is respectful of the living space, considerate of others, and communicative. Proof of employment is a must. Transportation: 15 minute walk to the blue-line stop.
