    What's special

    Traditional fireplaceBrick ranch style home
This is a brick Ranch style home built in 1975. It has been well maintained and everything is in good working order. One of the first homes built in the area it sits on 2.13 acres of land that is in a very desirable place to live north of the Las Cruces, NM city limits, in Dona Ana County NM. There is no thru traffic and the west side of the property is adjacent to the Rio Grande River levee. The house is surrounded by numerous bushes and trees that also provide a great deal of shade. There are 70 pecans trees on the property. The master bedroom is roomy and includes a his/hers walk in closet, and a bathroom/shower the other 2 bedrooms are average size with plenty of closet space. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower. The living room is sunken and is very spacious. It includes a traditional fire place and built in bookcases over cabinets. Closets are in the hall for coats and linen along with a pantry closet in the laundry room off of the kitchen area. The kitchen is electric and has all appliances. The dining area is off of the kitchen and adjacent to the living area. The dining area leads to an office area that was added sometime after the original build. It has a split unit for heating and cooling. The house has Central Heating and AC. The heat is Gas and AC is refrigerated air. The water heater is 40 gallon Gas. Water is Dona Ana Mutual Domestic Water service, Gas is ZIA Gas and El Paso Electric provides power. Sewer is on a septic system and Trash is picked up weekly for about $35 a month. Comcast cable is on the premises. The garage will fit 2 small cars or one average sized Truck or SUV. Plenty of parking space in front of the house. The garage has been a music/game room for the past few years. We consider our home as a "place" more than a house. Our friends are envious of the overall vibe of country living away from the hustle and bustle that we enjoy.
What the owner loves about this home
I talk about the home in the description. We have loved it here. But, we need to downsize because we are too old to keep it up by ourselves. Our new home is ready for us to move in and we are ready to go. We are willing to owner finance with a %15 down payment and %5 on the balance. This is a beautiful old place in a lovely area.
