Looking for a roommate to share this great townhouse just outside of Shirlington. It is about a 10 minute walk from Shirlington Village and has convenient access to Route 7 and 395. I am a young, male professional in his mid 20's; I've lived in this townhouse for a year now. The owner is great - she is responsive and very nice. The house itself has stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, A/C and heat. There are two bedrooms and each bedroom has its own personal bathroom as well as one additional bathroom on the main floor. Our unit has two parking passes, so we both have an unassigned spot in the parking lot; there is also street parking. It's a great house and neighborhood.
