Results will be Accepted or Denied based on all criteria listed. -Smoking and/or marijuana use on the property is prohibited -Gross income per rental unit must meet or exceed two times the amount of monthly rent. You must have verifiable income through your place of employment or business. You will be asked to provide your property manager with proof of income. This will include: 3 most recent paystubs or an employment letter for verification of income. If you are a self-employed independent contractor, you must submit last year's tax return and/or your last three months of bank statements for your business.
