Beautiful senior home. Located in culdesac with wonderful neighbors. The county list home at 1308 sq ft. When we purchased the home we we're informed that it was 1500+ sq ft. Also has large yard, but is listed at a low sq footage. Recommend that these both are verified. In February 2018 we updated room off the dining room for additional 160 sq ft. Also in process of painting inside and out. Very large eat in kitchen, rock fireplace in living room. Some updates in kitchen and bathrooms. Please disregard photos they are from previous listing.
